A report from Children England highlighting the rights that children and young people have to complain and the need for these to be taken seriously.

The illustrations are very much representative of the way in which children and young people communicate with each other through various forms of digital text. At the same time, the cutesy appearance of these various emotions also highlights the way in which the complaints are often viewed by adults.

The green and purple colour scheme which was taken from the logo, was used throughout in pull quotes and headings styles.
