FAQ

FYI: A lot of the t-shirts in my shop will be printed and distributed by Threadless who are a print on demand service.

You will be linked to my Threadless shop from the product page. Information on shipping and delivery can be found here.

All information below relates to when ordering directly from me.

Do you deliver internationally?

I do indeed. I charge a flat rate based on different weight classes.

Up to 250g: $10
250g to 500g: $15
500g to 1kg: $20
Over 1kg: $45

How do local deliveries within Vietnam work?

Orders direct from me within HCMC will be sent via Grab delivery as this is a very convenient and reliable way to ship within the city. You will not be charged shipping on checkout, however the cost of delivery will be whatever the cost of a Grab is. If I know you, we can arrange a goods handover. 🙂

Deliveries sent to anywhere else in Vietnam are charged at a flat rate of $5.

How long will my delivery take to arrive?

All deliveries direct from me will be shipped by Vietnam Post as a tracked package, within 3 business days. International deliveries can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks.

Import taxes or custom clearance fees or any other hidden fees are not included in the prices and will vary from country to country.

Local HCMC deliveries will be sent by Grab and outside of HCMC by Vietnam Post, again within 3 business days.

Deliveries through Threadless will take 1-3 weeks. Again, more information on Threadless shipping and delivery is here.

How are your t-shirts printed?

All T-shirts are printed using direct-to-garment (DTG) technology unless otherwise stated.

T-shirts are primed and then sent through a large inkjet printer where the design is printed directly onto the fabric. Designs are sharp and colours are vivid and because the design is printed directly, you’re left with a very soft and smooth feel.

Some t-shirts were printed here in Vietnam in small runs for local shows and shops. Most t-shirts in the shop are printed by Threadless who are a quality print on demand service that have been going for nearly 20 years. The product page will take you through to Threadless, where you will complete your purchase.

Designs can eventually fade if not cared for correctly so ensure you wash in cold water, inside out and hang dry (do not tumble dry!)

What is a Giclée print?

Giclée, pronounced “zee-clay” is a French word meaning, “to spray.” These are high resolution images printed on archival museum quality paper using large format inkjet printers (that’s the spraying bit). Basically you’re getting an amazing quality print on museum quality paper that should last a lifetime. Exact paper stock will be detailed in the product description.

Can I use one of your designs for a tattoo?

As flattering as that is, because I am currently training as a tattoo artist, I would not like my designs to be tattooed by other people. In the future I would like to tattoo you myself with my design!

Can you design me a tattoo/ logo / t-shirt / anything!?

If you would like to work together on something, get in touch at nathanspencecreative@gmail.com and we can go from there. 🙂
