Backpacker Busuk

Backpacker Busuk (translated to "Smelly Backpacker") is a very popular Malaysian travel blog whose solo author remains anonymous (unless you can sign up to one of her fast filling events in time). One such event was a white water rafting event in Gopeng, Malaysia. The brief was to design a logo for t-shirts that would be given away at the event.

When I can, I like to use type playfully to become part of an image and create things that make you double take. Maybe at first you see a head wearing a helmet, or maybe you see the skull and cross-bones.
